Donna L. MillerExecutive Director
Donna Miller holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development. She is also a certified wellness coach. Donna has 24 years experience in family and relationship counseling. She has been with the Exchange Club Center since 1989, where she has held leadership positions as supervisor, facilitator of groups, center coordinator and currently as The Executive Director. Donna is a member of the local child protection team and sits on the Regional Advisory Committee and the Family Enrichment Coalition. She has sat on the Board of Directors for the YMCA. Donna is a motivational speaker, has been a guest speaker at Yale University and Sacred Heart University and is a lecturer in the community. She currently serves as an adjunct professor of Human Services, Social Welfare Policy, and Wellness. Donna is a member of the National Counselor Association and the society for Human Resource Management.
Olympia Reyes-ArnoldCenter Coordinator
Olympia is an expert at helping families in crisis and has been active in the Stamford Community for over 15 years. Olympia conducts home visits and provides crisis intervention, case management, parenting seminars and support groups to help protect children at risk. Olympia has an Associate's Degree from the Community College of Philadelphia in Behavioral Health. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. She is a Certified Facilitator and Trainer of Trainers in Developing Capable People, Nurturing Parenting Program and the Family Development Credentialing Program through Cornell University. She provides parenting coaching and supervised visitation. She is a Steering Committee Member for the Systems of Care Collaborative and a member of the National Counselor Association.
The Parenting Skills Center is staffed with 5 bi-lingual social workers and an administrative assistant who speak English, Spanish and Creole. All social workers have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field. Upper level staff members also hold Master's Degrees. Cases are triaged by a psychologist who does consultant work for the center. Accounting, Finances and Development are overseen by our Financial Manager. Other staff members are hired per-Diem to work in the supervised visitation program and all hold degrees in Human Services or related fields. We also supervise Interns studying at various area Universities and utilize their abilities while exposing them to our programs.
